Sexylook: My Fair Lady VIP Products Launch

Last Sunday morning, I was invited by Secretive to " Sexylook: My Fair Lady VIP Products Launch" event. Early in the morning, i was headache of what should i wear since the theme is 'Dressy Casual" I thought is Dress in casual LOL >.< & I saw this model in POPTEEN wearing a white dress with orange crop top & pair with black polka dots legging so i decide to try the look out then

I went to the kitchen take a pair of scissor ( In fact, two cause one of it is blunt), grab my pink oversized crop top & SNIP IT SHORTER W/O ANY HESITATION ! *laugh* Im so proud of myself ! First time cutting my own shirt as if im a tailor :p *giggle* But i find it not bad okay *try to console myself*











Once i reached, was warmly welcome by Sarina ( In charge of this event, Can i say it this way :p ) then i was served by a few plates of toasts ( From Toastbox LOL) + my choice of drink & was given a Flower band & a notebook with my name on it ♥

while waiting for others to come, chat with people around me & spotted some familiar faces too (: Like CLEO Top Blogger 2012 Min Ru, The next runner up who is April, Yi Jing, Tsuriki & etc. My table consist of 4 people only who is Me, Joyce, Sherene & one shy girl :D

Hey guys !

I always have the same old start up line like ' Hey guys, how are you guys etc ' ! You guys must be bored of it right? Im glad that there's people still reading this 'dead' blog of mine :D Well, im gonna tell you guys how i have been for the past 4months ! Shit happened like seriously, almost gone crazy / depression & admit myself in IMH ( A mental illness hospital in local). *laugh*

Well, remember few posts earlier on before this i mentioned about ' Being REJECTED by a guy' & was diagnosed with Gastric flu? Things is much more complicated than this, i have seen doctor about 4-6times in a month with the same problems &.....


YOU WAIT YOU WAIT ! *interrupt abit*

After the major heart break, things doesnt go smoothly * insert all the drama mama things that anybody will do in a heart break*. I fell sick & things at home WORSEN ! At this point of time, like after weeks of the incident happened ! I've a horrible days & nights, if you wanna know. Im the eldest at home, the burden i NEED to bear its way too much !

Can you imagine all your little siblings is depending on you? When mum is away? I dont mind to share my ugly story at home, life isnt smooth MOST of the times. Early of march, due to some conflict at home that my parents is having & for some unknown reasons my mum commited suicide. This period of time is the toughest, i swear. Seeing your mum laying in ICU, with all the tubes inserted to her body, those sour-bitter feeling you have & infront of your siblings or dad. You cant break down no matter what & everybody is depending on you at that moment ! There's lot of things went through my mind like who's going to take care my siblings they still got school, who's going to cook, who's going to fetch them home after school & etc. When both me & my dad is working ! * super stress* Well, im trying to be strong at that point !

I feel so weak when my tears roll down from my eyes & constantly using a tissue paper to rub my eyes to stop tearing but its doesnt help at all. My siblings saw me cry & they even console me ! Seriously, i hate myself for being weak but but that point of time i just cant take it !

P.S Anyway, some of you have concerned about this & im really thankful & appreciated it *wink*

We do investigate further more ( something related to the conflict) & things getting even more unpleasant. This is something that hurts my dad real badly )': Sigh, i do hate her from the beginning but ya know i just cant hold any grudge because its UNHEALTHY & mostly HOW CAN I HATE SOMEONE WHEN HE/SHE CANT EVEN MOVE OR TALK!

Whatever is it, everything is fine now at home ! I HOPE there's no more shit from them, one of my weakness is family( which is them). I can badly affected by them !

& well after family shit happened, my health deteriorate faster & i become weaker physically ! I've seen a few doctors & most of them suspect me having Stomach Ulcer & it scare the freak out of me ! I DISLIKE THE SCOPE & WILL NEVER EVER GO FOR SCOPE ! I've phobia due to previous attachment in a Endoscopy center, the way they insert & the patient cry + scream do look traumatic to me so ya !!! But im glad that im getting better like now, its really kind of pathetic to eat medications every day, to drink at least 2.5L of water/day & change of diet according to the doctor IF I WANT TO GET BETTER ! Then i must follow her orders ):

No worries people, im really fine now & being obedient :p *laugh* ! Well, this explain why i didnt blog for such a long period. I was down with both physically & mentally. Ahem ahem, forgive me okie :p *giggle*


That's all for now okay? I dont wanna make it as a boring & wordy post :p


P.S " If illness & sadness is hooked together, then health & happiness is hooked together " So people no matter try to laugh & positive alittle more in life ! Dont fall sick as i do :p Im trying myself not to think too much & cheer myself up unnecessary ! This is life, dont go so hard to yourself :D

Namachocolate (生チョコ)♥

PEEK-A-BOO PEOPLEEEE XD

Here's the long awaiting Namachocolate recipe that some of you might want to try it out (;
Its quite easy & fuss free recipe that i came across & it taste absolutely AWESOME ! Can compare with Royce *ahemahem, super confident* Just that Royce Bitter Namachocolate contain liquor & the liquor lingering in your mouth while the chocolate is melting & the taste of bitter sweet choco *OMG* cant be compared with this alcohol-free chocolate :/ But it still taste good okay !

If you take a look at the ingredients that im using, like Dark chocolate droplet 56% & Hershey Natural Unsweetened Cocoa powder this two have a good combination. Personally, i find that the chocolate itself is rather sweet while the unsweetened cocoa powder make it REAL bitter sweet :D It goes the first bite, which is bitter & when the chocolate slowly melt in your mouth with the right amount of sweetness ! Omg, im drooling when im typing this out :p




Ingredients:

160g Dark chocolate, chopped if you use a big chunk ( Im using Phoon Huat Dark Chocolate Coverture droplet 56%)
90ml Whipping cream
10g Unsalted butter
10g Glucose syrup ( I used Corn syrup)
5tbsp Cocoa powder ( Im using Hershey Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder)

Method:

1. Line 2 of small jelly molds (14.5X8.8 cm) with baking paper.
2. Put the chocolate and butter into a medium bowl.
3. Pour the whipping cream and glucose syrup into a saucepan, put the saucepan over medium low heat, stir until the glucose melt and the mixture boil lightly.
4. Pour the whipping cream mixture over the chocolate, stir until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared molds, and smooth the top, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
6. Take the chocolate out of the molds and cut into pieces.
7. Sift the cocoa powder into a pan and place the chocolate over the cocoa powder, turn the chocolate over to coat them completely with cocoa powder.
   

Refrigerate until ready to serve, can be kept for 2-3 days.

White chocolate strawberries moose ♥

Yea, im back once again ! Today im gonna share with you guys the dessert recipe as i mentioned previously (: Personally, i dont really like this dessert its soft ( It taste like some baby food to me:/) & the white chocolate is overwhelming but it taste good with the sour-sweet strawberries (: To those who love milky stuff will definitely love this moose !

P.S This moose does not have any 'hardening' ingredient such as Gelatin & this explain why its soft & velvet. :D Anyway,you can add any fruits as you want (:






Ingredients:
Serves 3-4 (depend on the size of the cup that you use)

100g White chocolate
1 Egg
1 Egg yolk
2tbsp Icing sugar
200ml Whipping cream
Fresh strawberries, for serving

Method:

1. Melt the white chocolate by putting the chocolate in a bowl and place the bowl over the bowl of hot water (don't let the water touch the bowl).
   When chocolate melt stir in the egg and egg yolk.
   
2. Whip the whipping cream with icing sugar until soft peaks form.
   Fold 1/3 of whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture, then fold the chocolate mixture back into the whipped cream bowl.
3. Pour into the cups and refrigerate for 2 hours or more. (Cut the strawberry into heart shape, if you want to.)
